Rousselet Robatel centrifuges are frequently used for recycling of by-products, and for quality control of intermediate and finished products.
Typical applications:
- Electrochemical machining [ECM], phosphating, passivation, and extrusion
- Clarification of coolants used in plastic and glass cutting, and of effluents produced during surface treatment
- Treatment of waste produced by grinding, machining, deburring, and mining
- Quality control - centrifuging of ink cartridges to control sealing, removal of air pockets from adhesive cartridges
- Purification of inks and pigments
- "Green chemistry" - countercurrent centrifugal extractors reduce solvent use, waste, and minimize solvent inventories and evaporative losses
