Main features
- With fixed frame requiring a concrete inertia slab (EHBF type) or with self-ballasted frame (EHBL type).
- Basket access via fully-opening hinged cover with manual or hydraulic clamps.
- Solids discharge via inclined chute or by screw conveyor.
- Variable speed using an AC variable frequency drive.
- Feed tube ensures uniform distribution over the entire basket length.
- Can be equipped with a wide variety of features :
- wash tube, cake detector, residual heel removal, and optional equipment depending on the process and products
- liquid-tight or explosion-proof electrical equipment, vaportight for operation under inert gas blanket, oxygen monitoring systems, various materials of construction, coatings gasket materials.
