Each centrifuge manufactured by Rousselet Robatel is followed throughout its working life by our After Sales Dept. Its service history, together with improvements and repairs are logged in a data base. This allows our Service Team to advise on mechanical, programming or control problems which may be encountered, either by tele-maintenance or a site visit. We offer our customers a complete range of services.
Process Development
Pilot tests with small scale rental equipment for scale-up to the proposed industrial rate.
Rousselet-Robatel provides application questionnaires to help select the equipment that is most appropriate for the customer's process. Pilot tests with small-scale rental equipment can be organized to develop scale-up data for the proposed industrial rate. On-site engineering assistance is available through Rousselet-Robatel to support these scale-up efforts.
