Because all of our centrifuges are fabricated at our factory, we know and maintain the history of each machine. Our files track the complete history of each machine that is in service, where all modifications, improvements, conformance to standards, and eventual repairs that were made, which are known to Rousselet Robatel. This allows us to provide our customers with consultation, support, and specific and pertinent recommendations.
We have a large inventory of spare parts in-stock for our centrifuges.
To assure optimal equipment operation, the installation and commissioning can be performed on site by our engineers at our customers request. This includes electrical and mechanical aspects of the equipment.
Our engineers and technicians can provide remote assistance or field service assistance at the production site, for the mechanical and controls aspects of the centrifuge.
We conduct a comprehensive review and upgrading of old machines, such as mechanical rebuilds and providing most modern improvements. After renovation, the centrifuge is submitted to a series of acceptance criteria at our testing station, and we provide performance, safety, and reliability criteria.
We provide a documentation package that is specifically tailored to the equipment provided (transmittals, drawings, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics, FAT [factory acceptance test] and SAT [site acceptance test] protocols, operating manuals, material certificates, spare parts, etc.) as a function of the project requirements.
